People think focus means saying yes to the thing you’ve got to focus on. But that’s not what it means at all. It means saying ‘no’ to the hundred other good ideas that there are. You have to pick carefully. I’m actually as proud of the things we haven’t done as the things I have done. Innovation is saying ‘no’ to 1000 things.

It’s a leap year, and today is leap day! We couldn’t think of a better time to launch Leap. I’m very proud of the hard work that our team has put into this app over the past few months. From Ryan’s 100 hour coding weeks, our team all coming down with the flu at the Startup Pad, weird and crazy…
I nod and shrug at a lot of new startups and apps that seem like they are created just for the sake of being created. This actually looks super practical and incredibly fun. Check it out!
